Sierra comes from a financial analyst and business management background and began her career working for JPMorgan Chase & Co. As an Associate Advisor, she assists wealth advisors in building and monitoring personal financial plans for clients. With her analytical and detail-oriented experience, Sierra strives to create a positive client experience by building trust and understanding of the financial planning process.

Sierra graduated from Oakwood University with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
