Describe the longest road trip you have been on?
My grandparents spent time taking their grandkids on summer vacations. They took my cousin Elizabeth and me on a two week trip out west. After flying to Utah, we drove north to beautiful Alberta, Canada where we intentionally encountered a glacier, and then unintentionally encountered a grizzly bear! Afterward, we drove south to San Francisco. It was a long drive, but the scenery was beautiful. My grandparents gave us some wonderful memories.
Describe one thing you loved growing up?
My mother’s home cooked meals. Once I became a “grown-up,” I learned very quickly how much I appreciated having a Mom that always prepared great meals even when she was busy working herself at times.
What is the biggest lesson you have learned from a client?
Seek to understand, rather than to be understood.
