Describe the longest road trip you have been on?
My grandparents spent time taking their grandchildren on summer vacations. They took my cousin Elizabeth and myself on a two week trip out west. After flying to Utah, we drove north to beautiful Alberta, Canada where we intentionally encountered a glacier, and then unintentionally encountered a grizzly bear (and survived to talk about it)! Afterward, we drove south to San Francisco. It was a long drive, but the scenery was breathtaking. My grandparents gave us many wonderful memories that I cherish to this day.
Describe one thing you loved growing up?
My mother’s home-cooked meals. Once I became a “grown-up,” I learned very quickly how much I appreciated having a Mom that always prepared great meals even when she was busy working herself at times.
What is the biggest lesson you have learned from a client?
Seek to understand, rather than to be understood.
