The true difference at Planning Alternatives really starts in house.  Our culture is our daily motivator.  We love coming to work and we love what we do.

Integrity.  Transparency.  Objectivity.  Empathy.  Philanthropy.

These aren’t hollow words on paper or fancy marketing jargon created to sway clients.  These are the guiding principles that each and every member of our team embraces.  They define our culture and they’re present in everything we do, from interoffice communication to client meetings.

We believe in doing good and paying it forward, and not just for empty praise or photo-ops. Everyone in the Planning Alternatives family gives back in some way, shape or form. Helping the greater good keeps us centered and helps us focus on delivering for our clients. Primarily we donate our time to two charities, Variety Detroit and the Alzheimer’s Association. Variety is a children’s charity “helping kids, no matter the need, and serving as a trusted local source to do what’s right.” The Greater Michigan Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association provides information and assistance to the more than 140,000 individuals and families that are afflicted by Alzheimer’s or other dementia-related diseases.
